Find out what's actually broken before you pay anyone to fix it.
Two to four weeks at a fixed price. We map where your numbers come from, what the current setup costs you, and what to fix first. You own everything we produce, whether or not you ever work with us again.

Fix first
Four kinds of organization book this
A distributor whose ERP data nobody trusts
SAP or NetSuite runs the transactions. Purchasing runs the day out of Excel. Three teams keep three spreadsheets and none of them agree.
An owner-led firm running across too many tools
The books, the CRM, the inbox, and the calendar each hold part of the picture. Every morning you reassemble it by hand, and things slip in the gaps.
A healthcare organization deciding where AI belongs
A hospital, clinic group, or practice where leadership wants AI in the workflow and compliance wants to know what it can see. We inventory the systems and the data, talk to the people running corporate and clinical operations, and hand back a short list of where AI would actually pay, scoped to the data it's allowed to touch.
An organization told to "do something with AI"
There's a mandate and a budget, and no map of which processes are ready, which data can be trusted, or what the first project should be.
What you get
A working document your team can use regardless of what you do next, instead of a slide deck built to scare you into a contract.
Map
Where every number comes from
Every system and every spreadsheet, including the reports someone builds by hand each week. Most companies have never seen this laid out.
Cost
What today costs you
The hours spent assembling numbers, the decisions delayed because nobody trusts them, and the errors that reached a customer, added up with the math shown.
Gaps
Where it breaks
The places where the same question gets three answers, or a decision gets made without data that already exists. Ranked by what each one costs.
Plan
What to fix first
Specific recommendations in order, each with an estimated cost, timeline, and return. Not tied to any vendor, so any team can build from it.
How it runs
Follow the numbers
We sit with the people who do the work, not just the org chart. We trace a purchase order, a sales order, an invoice, from creation to wherever the number ends up.
Put a cost on it
Every manual step gets an hourly cost and every mismatch gets a risk. We pull real transactions rather than estimates, so the number holds up in front of a CFO.
Hand you the plan
Ranked by return rather than by what's easiest to sell. If the honest answer is "your setup is fine, train the team," that's the answer you get.
What happens after
You build with us
Phase 1 is the highest-return item from the report, scoped and priced from what the assessment found. Four to eight weeks, and you see real output before there's a Phase 2. For a distributor that's usually ERP Intelligence, for an owner-led firm it's usually OwnerOS, and for a healthcare organization or anyone with an AI mandate it's the first project on the map, scoped to the data it's allowed to touch.
You build with someone else, or nobody
The report is yours, and the plan isn't tied to any vendor, on purpose. Take it to another firm, hand it to your own team, or put it on a shelf and come back in six months. The analysis still holds.
The assessment is priced on its own and paid when it's delivered. That's deliberate. We aren't funded by the project it might lead to, so there's no reason for us to inflate what we find.
Tell me what is slipping. I will tell you if we can help.
A 30-minute call. We look at how you run today and whether an assessment would find enough to justify what it costs. If it wouldn't, I'd rather say so on the call.
